Caramel Pecan, Chocolate Oreo and Green Velvet

Here are all three cupcakes for this weekend's event -- caramel pecan, chocolate Oreo and green velvet.  The green velvet is red velvet done green for St. Patrick's Day.

I made these caramel pecan cupcakes for a fundraising event this weekend.  They are so rich and delicious I wanted to eat them all!

Minnie Mouse Cupcakes and Mini Cake

Our friends' little girl celebrated her 4th birthday last weekend.  I made these adorable Minnie Mouse cupcakes and mini cake for her party.  They are white wedding cake and were so delicious!

Mini Cupcakes

Today I made lots of mini cupcakes for a school staff meeting.  I made chocolate with strawberry icing, white wedding cake with chocolate icing and lemon mini cupcakes.  Aren't they cute??  Of course I had to sample them all!
