Graduation Cupcakes

These are strawberry cupcakes with vanilla frosting colored teal.  I made them last week for a graduation party.  I had a couple left over so, for a couple of days, my son got one in his school lunch.  I love hearing him say, "Momma, you make the best cupcakes!"
