You know when you have a good thing going and a manufacturer changes their product? Dontcha just hate that?? Well, it's made me change my buttercream recipe just a bit. Today was the first test run (white wedding cake) and I think it still tastes delicious. I've sent some cupcakes to testers so I'm waiting on their feedback to see if I need to make any more changes.
Feedback I received today: I just wanted you to know that your "test" cupcakes were "simply irresistible." My kids and I loved them! Thanks for letting us be your cupcake testers!
